1. Introduction
CTV Privacy Statement respects the privacy of your personal information and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide and applies to all personal information we processes, including the collection, publication, sharing and use of personal information. CTV privacy statement describes how CTV treats your personal data and how you can request access to your personal data and request changes to it.

2. Processing your personal data
The primary purpose for which CTV processes personal information is to support its public health role. The main activity for fulfilling this role is the recording and administration of medical and paramedical data including the maintenance of our health database (see 2.1). Additionally, we process each personal information with the aim of carrying out follow-up activities, which can be shared by our partners, of the confidential medical data concerning the persons treated within the strict framework of their care (see 2.2).

2.1. Personal data in the CTV database
CTV database displays details of medical records in the care of patients, whether currently, in the past, or when planning future medical care for those patients. The files may contain the contact details (name, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers and postal address) of patients or CTV and external health workers. In some cases, CTV may share the initial registration. Thereafter, personal information relating to specific medical care may be provided to and maintained by a person accredited by, or acting on behalf of, the person or entity with whom the medical care was registered. The update is subject to an authentication and authorization procedure (see 5). CTV is not responsible for data entered into its database by third parties or on the basis of information provided by third parties, CTV employees or partners. The person providing personal data is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and updating of all data provided, including maintaining correct contact details (see 6). CTV maintains contact details as part of the medical care registration details to enable CTV and the healthcare community to contact the appropriate people when needed to secure healthcare or to reverse or repair any indiscriminate therapeutic relentlessness or to prevent or to repair any mistreatment of the entourage of the healthcare or improve the quality of the data provided or to protect the information stored in the CTV database or to prevent any unauthorized modification of thereof or to assume responsibility for the thereof. CTV database may be mirrored with databases operated by other healthcare partners, excluding database parts that are intended to include non-disclosure of personal information. Databases of other healthcare partners can be mirrored with databases managed by CTV. This system allows users to share data on all health data records in the world from and/or in addition to their own database. CTV thus allows, for the purposes specified above, partial proxy access to the CTV database via third parties. In addition, third parties may, upon written request and full coverage of the costs invoiced by CTV or its service provider in charge of this operation and strictly after the complete and exhaustive payment of these costs, this without harming the possibility of collection additional costs necessitated by any details of the operation, use a near real-time mirror (NRTM) of the CTV database or access its contents in bulk via nightly and split dump files released by CTV. In both cases, database objects purporting to include non-releasable personal information are excluded. Where necessary for the aforementioned purposes and to comply with statutory obligations, CTV may retain historical data (published before the record was updated) and database update requests.

2.2. Processing your personal data for other purposes
In addition to the collection and use of personal data in relation to the CTV database, CTV provides other services and activities that may require the processing of your personal information. These include services for CTV employees and various services such as relationship management, accounting and invoicing, which may require coordinated actions by CTV's partners or service providers (various processing of messages , requests for administrative or medical appointments, for medical care, for information). Be care: no data is accessible in any way whatsoever from the CTV website.  Mailing lists and mail: messages including the name, the e-mail address, the date and the content of these various messages can be published in exchanges by mail, mailing lists and mailing list archives in order to to contribute to the health and administrative follow-up required and which can address in particular any related problem. Management of registrations for meetings, training and others: CTV may publish lists of participants on a website as part of its support for them. These lists contain the name of the participant and his possible function but no contact details or other personal data. Publicly available services as defined in the terms of use of the CTV website and publicly available services: CTV may request contact information for purposes related to the provision and proper functioning of these services, such as requests for technical information, installation of computer hardware and software solutions, support, maintenance and billing of this computer solution as well as messages concerning the management of all relations and general administration. CTV may use the contact details provided in connection with all of the above activities to send its employees, partners and service providers relevant information about its activities , such as announcements about network upgrades, outages, services, meetings, training courses and other organized events. CTV may transmit public messages to a particular mailing list from time to time if relevant and appropriate for that list. Any commitment to CTV excludes any possibility of unprompted spontaneous unsubscription (see 5). In addition to the above, CTV may register, process or transfer your personal data where such is required pursuant to a statutory duty.

2.3. Sharing your personal data with third parties
CTV can outsource the provision of services and benefits. In such cases, personal data collected for that particular purpose may be shared with these parties. CTV undertakes to engage parties offering  equivalent levels of security and protection and to make any appropriate contractual and organisational arrangements so that the data shared is limited to that required for the respective purpose and is not processed for longer than necessary. If for the provision of outsourced services,  personal data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, this will happen in accordance with French, Swiss and EU data protection laws.

3. Protection and secrecy of your information
